Gonzalez, they operate under the understanding that your body has an internal intelligence that knows what it needs to do in order to heal, you just need to learn how to listen to it. With bodywork focused on posture and alignment, their signature treatment Holistic Posture Therapy was created by Joseph to teach your body how to create space and release the muscle tissue.

By helping the body rewire patterns they can more easily get to the root cause of your pain and increase the proper body patterns so your body can heal.
